I begin by understanding your needs and how you intend to use the space. A home is highly personal, and the objective is to create a solution that is both functional and aligned with your aesthetic vision.
The process begins by defining the overall vision, scope of work, timeline, and project investment. We evaluate builders, craftsmen, and consultants to establish the appropriate team, unless you already have preferred professionals in place.
Once the parameters are established, we analyze the space, its architecture, and functionality. This phase is fundamental to creating an environment that responds effectively to your needs and enhances the way you live.
The design development phase follows, incorporating the selection of finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials to establish the desired aesthetic and overall character of the space.
Where applicable, I also assist with the selection of artwork, decorative elements, and accessories.
Following approval of the design documentation, the implementation phase begins, including construction coordination, furniture and fixture procurement, scheduling, and ongoing oversight to ensure the design is executed accurately and efficiently.
Upon completion of construction, installation of furnishings and accessories is scheduled, and the project is finalized with all elements integrated to create a cohesive and functional home.
