San Francisco-based designer, Caroline Brede was born in Ålesund, Norway where her appreciation for the arts started at a young age with classical ballet training followed by flamenco dance in Madrid. In South East Asia she resided in a large, old colonial house sparking he interest in the living environment.

With her education and experience in interior design and architecture, she is focused on creating sophisticated high end homes which are as functionally well thought through as they are visually pleasing with the ultimate goal of spaces which are timeless in nature.

At the core she is a minimalist striving to create calm environments with beautiful details. She values honest material, impeccable craftsmanship and natural light drawing inspiration from her Scandinavian roots and the Swedish countryside where her family now resides.
